Carys Jackson and Russell Guire from Activerider will be coming to Moats Way on the 16th June for a "Biomechanics & Fitness" Clinic.

Come and meet Carys and Russell for a session designed around your needs:

• Ridden analysis from Centaur Biomechanics - Russell will assess your riding using high speed cameras and analysis software so you can understand and see where you could improve
• Full movement assessment - Carys looks at how you move, and your strengths and weaknesses so you know what to focus on to improve your riding
• A programme written specifically for your needs

Carys and Russell are both consultants for the British Equestrian Federation Development Programme.
